Terms of Service

These Terms explain the rules for using UwU Bot, our website, store, subscriptions, digital items and related services.

Last updated: 28 August 2026

One-time purchases

No refunds. One-time digital purchases are final once completed, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Subscriptions

10-day refund window. Subscription charges may be requested for refund within 10 calendar days of the relevant charge, subject to these Terms and mandatory law.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using UwU Bot, the UwU Bot website, store, account system or any related feature (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation or Discord server, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

2. The Service

UwU Bot is an entertainment and community service for Discord. Features may include hunting, collecting, battling, virtual currencies, inventories, leaderboards, quests, cosmetics, premium features, subscriptions, account linking, store purchases and administrative tools.

Features may be added, removed, rebalanced, limited, renamed or changed over time. Game values, drop rates, rewards, item statistics and virtual economies are not guaranteed to remain unchanged.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must satisfy Discord’s minimum age requirements and any higher minimum age required by the law where you live. You are responsible for complying with Discord’s own terms and policies.

Where the Service uses Discord sign-in, your UwU account may be linked to your Discord user ID. You are responsible for maintaining control of your Discord account and for activity performed through it. Do not sell, transfer, share or fraudulently obtain another person’s account, purchases or virtual items.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to break the law, harass or exploit others, distribute malware, interfere with the Service, evade restrictions, abuse bugs, automate prohibited activity, manipulate the virtual economy, commit payment fraud, conduct unauthorised chargebacks, impersonate others or gain an unfair advantage through exploits.

You must not attempt to reverse engineer private systems, bypass rate limits, scrape protected account information, attack infrastructure or access administrative features without permission.

5. Virtual items and game content

Virtual currency, animals, weapons, crates, cosmetics, gems, rewards, rankings and similar in-service content are licensed digital features, not cash, deposits, securities or real-world property. Unless we explicitly state otherwise, they have no guaranteed monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

We may correct duplicated, exploited, fraudulently obtained or incorrectly credited virtual items and balances. We may also rebalance or discontinue virtual content where reasonably necessary to operate the Service.

6. Payments and billing

Paid features may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Prices, billing intervals, taxes and the contents of a purchase are shown before checkout. You authorise the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method you select.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for any taxes or charges that apply to you. We may refuse, cancel or reverse a transaction where we reasonably suspect fraud, technical error or unauthorised payment activity.

7. Refund policy

Please read this section before purchasing.

Nothing in this refund policy removes rights that applicable consumer law says cannot be excluded or shortened.

One-time purchases: all one-time purchases of digital goods, currency, cosmetics, bundles, upgrades or other non-recurring content are final and non-refundable once the transaction has completed, except where applicable law requires a refund or the item was not delivered because of an error attributable to us.

Subscriptions: you may request a refund of a subscription charge within 10 calendar days of that charge. Requests made after the 10-day period are normally not eligible, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

A subscription refund request does not automatically guarantee approval where there is evidence of fraud, chargeback abuse, substantial misuse of the Service or another lawful reason to refuse it. Where a refund is granted, related premium access or benefits may be removed.

To request an eligible subscription refund, contact our support team and provide enough information for us to identify the purchase. Do not post full card details or other sensitive payment information in Discord.

8. Subscriptions and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the billing interval shown at checkout unless cancelled before the next renewal date. Cancelling stops future renewals but normally does not by itself refund a charge already made.

If you want a refund for a subscription payment, cancellation and refund are separate actions: you must submit the refund request within the 10-day window described above. Access may continue until the end of the paid period unless a refund is issued or the subscription is otherwise terminated.

We may change subscription prices or benefits with reasonable notice where required. If a material change affects a recurring subscription, you may cancel before the next renewal.

9. Third-party services

The Service depends on third-party platforms and providers, including Discord and payment, hosting, database and infrastructure services. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply to your use of those services.

We are not responsible for an outage, suspension, API change or other event caused entirely by a third-party provider outside our reasonable control.

10. Moderation and enforcement

We may investigate suspected abuse, fraud, exploitation or violations of these Terms. Depending on severity, we may warn users, remove content or virtual items, restrict features, reset exploited balances, suspend accounts or permanently block access.

Moderation decisions may rely on service logs, transaction records, Discord identifiers and other relevant evidence. We may preserve records where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, disputes or legal obligations.

11. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, branding, original artwork, interfaces, databases and other protected content belong to their respective owners and licensors. These Terms give you a limited, personal, revocable right to use the Service; they do not transfer ownership of the Service or its intellectual property to you.

Third-party names, emojis, artwork or other assets remain the property of their respective owners where applicable.

12. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, outages, security incidents, platform changes, capacity limits and technical faults may temporarily affect availability.

We may change or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. Where a paid service is materially discontinued, any remedy will be provided in accordance with applicable law and any specific commitment made at purchase.

13. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise that every feature will always be error-free, uninterrupted or compatible with every Discord or browser update.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees or other protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the Service, loss of virtual items caused by unauthorised account access, third-party outages or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that applicable law says cannot be excluded.

15. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where you materially violate these Terms, create security or fraud risk, abuse the Service, fail to pay valid charges or where continued access would be unlawful.

Termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Refund eligibility remains governed by Section 7 and any mandatory rights under applicable law.

16. Applicable law and consumer rights

These Terms operate subject to the law that applies to the Service and to you. If you are a consumer, you may have mandatory rights under the laws of your country or region that these Terms cannot remove.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the Service, law, payment systems or business practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be changed when we publish a revision. Material changes may also be announced through the website, Discord or another reasonable channel.

Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires a different form of consent.

18. Contact

Questions about these Terms, billing or refund requests can be sent through the UwU Bot support server.
